When selecting the new position in the promotion plan, a person in the coordination position can view, select and attribute a higher promotion to the position in which the manager who is promoting this employee. How to solve this problem?
Example:

I'm a finance coordinator and I'm going to give a promotion to my assistant, if I research vice president and assign this new position to him in the plan developed, he accepts and submits the transaction.
