Dynamic Benchmarking in Insight

I’m trying to do some bench mark reports for some campaign metrics, so that we can see when in a particular month, whether a metric has is below or above our standards.

Is there a way to automatically apply a 5% negative/positive percentage to a specific metric and then if the metric falls below or above this 5% it turns a particular colour? I know I can do this if I set a hard value. But I want to set this dynamically.
