Skills and Quals page showing as Redwood when navigated via Directory

Hi

In our Dev environment I have enabled profile option for Redwood on the Skills and Quals page…I can get it work for the employee view but is there a trick to having the Skills and Quals page reflect the same theme when a Learning Specialist has navigated to the employee details via the Directory?

Is there a profile option I need to update? Or is there something else I need to do?
