Is there an option to enter the tax rate/ classification in the One Time Payment FBDI

The User is importing one-time payment requests using the Payment Request FBDI, but there is no field to specify the tax rate/classification.

As a result of this, the payment request does not calculate any tax, not even the default tax. Is there a way to calculate tax on the payment request in Oracle ERP Cloud?
