    Java Exception:Timeout error when allocating journey to person in oracle hcm journeys

    Hi Team,

    We have a custom journey which went into error many times when allocating the same (manually) and after multiple tries it was assigned without any issue.
    The manager is attached to employee, we have seen this issue in lower pods in case when manager is not there. But here, the case is not like that. The manager and aors are in place. We know that the limit of time for journey allocation is 5 minutes and if it exceeds this errors out; but this issue is wiered as after multiple allocations it was assigned. We are using this journey from 2 years and facing this issue in PROD for the first time.
