Is there a scheduled job (ESS) or an OIC feature that allows importing related value sets ?

Hi,

The related value sets function has been released in 20D version that allows us to link one value set to another, enabling or restricting combinations between two values. According to the documentation, it appears that creating or importing related value sets in bulk must be done manually. This involves connecting to the setup task, importing a flat file, and clicking "Upload" to import the CSV file.

Do you know of any ESS jobs, OIC connectors/features, or SOA/REST APIs that could enable us to import related value sets without manual intervention? Our goal is to establish a fully automated interface between two systems (Oracle EDM to Oracle ERP) to automatically create related value sets.
