Need to add Gender and Ethnicity List of Value field in Next Generation Supplier Registration Page

Summary:

We have to add 2 fields in Next Generation Supplier Self Service Registration Page i.e., Gender and Ethnicity Fields as Single select (List of Values) but in VBS we cannot find any option to bind these data with the submit button action or save button action.
