How can I transfer all the transactions for a customer from one site to another?

We have a customer, which has two sites, but one of them needs to be deleted. So, in order to not lose all the balances for the AR transactions, we need to transfer all of the transactions from one site to the other.

Is it posible to made in a massive way? Since there are transactions for multiple periods, so it won't be viable to perform it manually.
