Narrative reporting default rounding when scaling values

My client wants their narrative report to display in millions, but once the report is scaled it automatically rounds the numbers eg 50,900,000 displays as 51 but my client wants it to show 50 instead and it to not be rounded but still scale to millions.

Does anyone know if it is possible to remove the rounding when scaling the numbers?
