Using HDL to load timecards for payroll processing

Summary:

We are looking for a solution to use the an HDL (seemingly PayrollTimeCard.dat) to load current time card information which will feed into payroll.

I have found this document(below) which states it will only load historic data, can anyone confirm if they have been able to load current data and process payroll using HDL loaded time cards.
