Individual compensation plan data is being removed from new hires and transfers prior to or after their start dates. This is leading to payroll impacts as certain comp plans are not being accounted for when the payroll cycle begins. We became aware of an HSDL spreadsheet loader which was updated in mid-March was implemented for a one time cleanup of old element entries. This was around the same time the problem was brought to our attention. However, this issue is occurring for net new hires/transfers. What could cause ICP data to be removed from a new hire profile?
