difference between Narrative Reports and EPM Cloud Reports (found in PBC)

Summary: HI, I have been creating reports using EPM Cloud Reports, but not in NR yet, can anyone tell what is the difference between these two? I haven't seen NR interface yet, all my research leads to NR and EPM Reports are the same. Please correct me if wrong.
