Process to view All Accounts/Opportunities

Hi,

Application Name: Oracle Fusion CX Sales Cloud Service

Users are able to see only the Accounts/Opportunities which they have created.
To give them access to view all the Accounts/Opportunities created by all other users which setup needs to be done ?
