Pulling Employee's retribution element - non standard - in Workforce compensation plan

Hello everyone,

we are trying to report data for a non-standard compensation element present in the employee's Core HR into the workforce compensation plan. The formula we developed is correct, but when testing it in the workforce compensation plan, it does not return the expected result. Can you help us or have you developed similar formulas?

The formula developed is as follows:
