Is there any way to send two values to one CDO field?

Hello!

I am creating a form with a field where multiple values can be chosen. The unique ID is the key unique field.

Example: User will get a question - select a color - and they can pick more than one answer - for example yellow and blue.

If select a few answers - is it possible to record both values (let's say yellow and blue) in one CDO field - 'colors'?
