What is the overlap between Guided Journey and Guided Learning for RSSP?

Summary:

We currently have Oracle Guided Learning in the Classic SSP and now we are getting Guided Journey coming to RSSP in 24C.

How do these work in tandem? Is Guided Journeys replacing Oracle Guided Learning in RSSP, do you recommend using Guided Journeys going forward for Redwood Responsive pages?
