Create Strategy Task Category Values

Summary:

I see we have a lookup code (IEX_STRATEGY_WORK_CATEGORY) to create a custom collection strategy task categories in the oracle system. However - after we add new values - the new category values are not appearing when i actually create strategy task( manual /automated) - please advise.
