Hello Team

We are currently working on setting up Alert Notification for Managers in case of Direct Reports fails to complete or the task that overdue.
Please help us with steps or guide to accomplish the task.

Our current requirement is -

  1. A journey is assigned to Employee to complete with in 15 days of time.
  2. If Employee do not complete or the task is overdue then Manager receives an alert.
