Autocomplete rule doesn't affect after publish sandbox

Summary:

Dears ,

I created rules using Autocomplete and it was working fine and I published sandbox but I found some rules which was working are not working now,

I tried recreate rules again in new sandbox but nothing changed.

Any advise ?
