How to get Remaining approvers of a requisition?

Summary:

I need to create a report to list the approvers who have not taken any action yet in a requisition. Is there any way we can get the complete list of approvers required for a requisition. From the bpm and wftasks table I am only getting the approver names currently waiting for approval.
