Could you please advise how to JOIN EXM_NOTES table in back end with other tables?

Oracle doc above is not showing any JOIN information.

This table gets populated when a CARD TRX is put under DISPUTE by a CARD HOLDER.

We would like to build reports showing DISPUTED CARD TRANSACTION by an EMPLOYEE.
