Summary:

Hi All,

We have one requirement in AP when a PO matched invoice 'Accrual account' is eg "1234" then in the AP invoice 'Exchange Rate variance account' we want "ABCD" like this we have mapping for multiple accounts.

I have done below setups but its not working

  1. Mapping set using Segment/Value set , Source "Invoice Distribution Acc" , Our COA, Input acc "1234" output "ABCD"
  2. Account rule - Segment/value set , Used above Mapping set - Also tried condition "Inv Dist acc type = Accrual"
  3. Assigned to Journal entry rule set ERV- Exchange rate variance account. Activated
  4. Activated the Accounting method.

These above setups not working , we are unable to change the ERV account using the source "Invoice Dist Account " (Accrual acc).

Howdy, Stranger!
