Career site title build Pattern

from the customer request, we want to know how is the pattern used to the Career Site in Oracle Recruiting Cloud Service to build the page title to Career site (tag header in the HTML). When we navigate a page in to the portal, we see changed the title in the header. We can have the rules and taxonomy for the construction of the title page? can be modified or drive the construction of this title?
