Attach "competencies" section in Performance document to managers
Hello,
I am in the process of configuring the performance document and more specifically the "Competencies" section. I would like to display the common competencies for managers in this section. To be able to display these compentecies for managers, the solution for me is to create job profiles and add the competencies to these job profiles then attach these job profiles to the jobs and that way all the managers who have these jobs will have the competencies attached.
