To mass assign checklist to future dated employees and trigger notification using HDL or REST API

Summary:

We tried to load ChecklistMassAllocation HDL to allocate the checklist for the employee hired with start date 1st Aug'24 and then ran ESS process - "Mass Assign Journeys" using the allocation criteria defined in the HDL file. Both the HDL load and ESS processes shows as successful however the checklist is not triggered.

When we load the checklist HDL for employee with current start date, it works fine.

Could you please confirm if this mass checklist process can be used to trigger checklist for the employees with future start date.
