PDH PROD - Mod Inact Date Rule Broken

Summary:

  1. When a Module record status is set to = Inactive, the Module Record End Date (Module Inactive Date) fields should be populated with the current date.
  2. When a Module record status is changed from = Inactive back to = Active, the Module Record End Date (Module Inactive Date) should be nullified (populated value removed).

INACTIVATION Rules: 

  1. When the Item Status is set to = Inactive, populate the current calendar date to the End Date/Inactive Date field.  
  2. When the Item Status is set to = Inactive, set the Legacy Action Code value to = YES.

RE-ACTIVATION Rules: 

  • When the Item Status is changed from = Inactive to = Active, nullify (clear) the value from the End Date/Inactive Date field and populate the current calendar date to the Start Date/Active Date field.
