Will the Requistion XML Publisher template really be discontinued in 25A, and will there be an alternative?

I saw in the 24C New Features document op page 31 that "Requisition PDF XML Publisher template will no longer be supported" in 25A.That is a big issue for our project since we developed a workaround to replace the Planned PO in EBS ,using this document. Our live date is Jan 1, 2025 and UAT is starting soon. .Can you please clarify what is happening and whether an alternative is to be expected? Please note that is was only introduced in 23C..
