Fast Formula for history level changes of employee

Hello everyone,

We are trying to manage a requirement of our client that is asking to show the history of the employee's level changes.

We managed to create a formula that allows us to display the past levels of the employee. However, the requirement is that the "new level" obtained in previous years should be shown only if there was an actual level change.

For example:

  • in 2019, the employee received a level promotion, so the new level should be shown on the compensation plan;
  • in 2020, there was no level change, so there should be no data in the history of level changes;

Howdy, Stranger!
