Autocomplete to fetch the values from page level

Summary: While Creating a Requisition we want the Min Salary & Max Salary to be Auto Populate with the Values Stored in UDT when we select the Values from a column Called " Local Area" which is a DFF. we want to know if Auto Complete rule can fetch the values from Page level when we select the Local Area = New Jersey and the Min , Max Salary fields to be populate with Data stored in UDT
