Is it possible to show if candidate has an existing compensation plan when creating a job offer

Summary:

If a candidate already has a compensation plan already existing, e.g. :

Is it possible for the details to populate under 'other compensation' when creating a job offer:

To confirm, required plans are listed and can be created through the 'Other Compensation' section. However. I'm looking to see if there is a way to populate this section if an employee already has one of these plans active:

The business justification for this is when an internal transfer occurs, if the candidate already has an existing plan (sign on bonus, spot bonus etc), currently the recruiter is having to check manually (outside of the job offer screen). If this check is not done, then we are potentially offering duplicate bonuses, whereas the candidate should only have the one. Also, if the candidate is no longer entitled to their current compensation plan (e.g. if switching from FT to PRN) then it would also be beneficial to see all plans under 'other compensation' to ensure they are still valid.

Howdy, Stranger!
