Redwood Seniority dates page is not showing the latest information

Summary:

when we logged with custom HR Role user for seniority date RUI Page(dev2),searched any employee and selected any seniority type which is having more than one value, then in RUI it shows the latest value as default in other field under rule section but when i logged with the same custom HR role user opens redwood seniority page(in dev5) for the same employee same seniority type then in redwood it is not defaulted to latest value in other field under select seniority section. it shows the value populated as per the alphabetical order not the latest one in redwood.
