Can external candidate become automatically employee after accepting the job offer ?

Summary:

We have a request by client where they want when the external candidate accepts the Job Offer they automatically become employee, instead of moving them to HR and then converting them from Pending Worker to Employee.

They want this to simplify the Onboarding process, for few worker types ( Part timers).
