Summary:

We are facing issues, if you have any idea please share your advice/thoughts.

1-Employee does not have the ‘Quick Pay’ link in his list of tasks in spotlight.

2-Employees are not showing up in ‘Simplified Quick Pay’,‘Quick Pay Payment’, ‘Person Results’ search results to run QP.

Navigation: My client groups>> Payroll >> Flow Submission and Results>> Simplified Quick Pay/Quick Pay Payments/ Person Results

3-Ran the ‘Calculate Payroll’ Process for an Employee by including him in Payroll Relationship group, but after the process ran to success, the screen shows the no of records processed but not the person numbers. Generally, it should show the person numbers too, after clicking the person number user should be able to view payroll results.
