Campaign Canvas - Advanced Settings Sync with CRM?

I've noticed this setting in the multi-step campaign canvas (Sync with CRM) and (CRM Campaign ID) does anyone know how to use these settings to close the loop on campaigns?
I have Oracle CRM but I'm unsure how to link the campaign in CRM to the email campaign in Eloqua. I appreciate any insight or advice on this. Thanks!
