Error Message on Fill Job Requisition if certain DFF fields are blank under Details section

Error Message on "Fill Job Requisition" action if certain DFF fields are not entered by the recruiter under Details section before filling the job requisition
Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):
We have 5-6 DFF Fields under Details section of the requisition which should only be filled by the recruiter when they are filling the job requisition i.e clicking on Actions > Fill Job Requisition. These DFFs are kept as non-mandatory as it would only be filled upon the req closure. In case, they miss to input some values for either of the field and directly try to fill job requisition then they should receive the error message. Once the fields are entered, they should be allowed to fill the job requisition.
