Hi Team, can you help to find out a few things?
We understand that a reminder will be sent to both Checker and Approver if the expense report is not approved within 48 hours.
- If the expense report is still not approved after the reminder email was sent, will another reminder be sent to Checker/ Approver again?
- If the answer to 1) is yes, how much time must lapse for the second reminder to be triggered?
- If the answer to 1) is no, are we able to set second & third reminders to be sent to Checker/ Approver?
- Will the option to approve the expense report via the first email notification or subsequent email reminder expire?
