Is there any possibility where list of Events(Leads) can be associated with calendar, such that the question 'Business Development Availability' in the qualification can be automated?

Note: Leads have been renamed to Events.

We have a question as 'Business Development Availability' in the Event(Leads) qualification with answers as <50 and >50. We have Events(Leads) created and based on the number of Events(Leads) on a particular day, the Business Development Availability question should get updated in the Event(Lead) qualification. Let's say, on a specific date there are multiple events where Business Development Availability would be <50, where as in some other day there is only 1 event, then Business Development Availability would be >50. This has to be automated.
