Is there a Public Tracking Visibility Page in OTM

In OTM, we have a menu item, called Public Tracking. Is this accessible without logging in? We want to expose this page for a customer's regional customer centres that are interested only in tracking their goods. Creating logins for all these sites may result in a huge maintenance activity. Hence, checking if this page can be accessed without logging into OTM.
