Extensive flexfields how to display field value set description next to the field prompt?

Hello ,

In EFF additional extra information of person and assignment or every EFF extensive flexfield -
We would like the displayed prompt field, to be displayed together with the value set description of the field. meaning - the field will be displayed with
Prompt + next to the field - the description of the value set defined on the field.

How is it possible to implement?
please See picture - for example we would like the description to be next to "Company" prompt-
