Redwood - Share goal notification is not triggering

Summary:

Hi,

When an employee shares a goal, the employee with whom this goal has been shared doesn't receive notification. However, they can see the shared goal under explore tab.

Relevant notification is enabled. Has anyone experienced this behavior ?
