Journey Notification

Hi Everyone,

For new hires that have not completed their Tasks in Journeys, if we retrigger/send the reminder to complete their tasks, does the notification go to their personal email or their Work email ? This is when they already started (converted to employee) and still missing to complete them. Assuming their Primary email is now their Work Email.
