Can we display account description under apply account in expenses

after adding expense items to report, we will getting an option to apply account at report level

if we click on the drop down for apply account, there are some account combinations displaying -

1.Can we get natural account description for these accounts.

2.Why there are only these 5 coming in the drop down. Can we search for particular account combination here and apply it to all selected expense types
