Fusion_Apps_HCM_IRC_APPID Appearing in Offer Letter

Summary:

Once an offer is extended to the candidate, they are unable to see the Hiring Managers/Recruiters name in the signature. They instead see 'Fusion_Apps_HCM_IRC_APPID'. Screenshot below:

This is not an issue when pre-viewing the offer, as a member of the hiring team. Screenshot below:

Has anyone faced this issue previously and can recommend a solution?
