unable to export all the lines from the Payables End Balance Detail by Transactions

we are unable to export all of the lines from the Payables End Balance Detail by Transactions as there is over 250,000 rows. please can you advise us if there is a way we can export all of the data or if we are able to run a different report that will allow us to get the same information?
