Line Managers are unable to view all their direct report in My Team> Learning after enabling redwood

A few of our Line managers reported they are not able to see all their direct reports. I checked and they are the line manager of all the direct reports.

While checking in docs and support I checked with role and updated data security for Use REST Service - Learning Record Searches by Manager like mentioned below

I followed the documentation with following details

  1. Go to Tools -> Security Console.
  2. Select the Roles tab.
  3. Search for the custom Line Manager role assigned to the Manager seeing this issue.
  4. Edit the role.
