alert not working in succession plan

Hi,

We have enabled the alerts in Succession Plan, set them to visible in HCM Studio and also enabled them via Alert Setting:

However, when changing the Job for one candidate to the succession plan Job we don't achieve the below situation when we triggered those two conditions:

What are we missing?
