Rates for Separated and Promotion from Part Time to Full Time

Summary:

seeking any inputs on how to configure the below scenarios:

what if an employee converted from part time to fully, then they are entitled to receive all the payables that they are eligible, one of that is disbursements. may I kindly seek your thoughts on how to configure the Absence Elements like the Final Disbursements to pick up the old rate or old rate should be applied.

hence on the separation case the current rate should be applied.
