Auto-approve Job Offer when the offer gets refracted (with minimal changes) for a second time.

Hi experts!

We are looking for an approach to configure an approval flow to ensure the below scenario happens-

In case a redrafted Job Offer goes through minimal changes and gets submitted, the Offer should be auto-approved.

Kindly let me know if any of you has worked on such a case.
