BPM request approval, trying to get imported requests to skip any stage

When importing Requisitions, we need a special type of Requisitions to be able to skip the header stage; while manual requisitions must go through this stage.

Is there a way for all imported Requisitions to skip all participants in the stage, instead of creating conditions in each participant rule set? These special requisitions are identified by a special user named Z-TEST and labeled as such in the field ReqHeaderDimension.enteredByUsername is "z-test@LLL.com".

Can we get your help to get these Requisitions to skip the complete stage without any error?
