Compensation Annual increment plan we need to round off the increment amounts to 0.500 upper limits.
Summary:
We have a requirement wherein the Annual Increment Amount will be rounded to 0.500 upper limit for example an employee receives 23.100 AED will get 23.500 AED as increment amount and 8.460 AED will get 8.500 AED as increment amounts. We also have an increment % condition such that if Performance rating of employee is 3 then he gets 2% increment and Perf rating 4 & 5 will have 2.5 % & 3% increment respectively.
